Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin

Collaborative Pianists: Andrei-Mihai Banciu, HfM Hanns Eisler
Nikolaus Resa, UdK
Daniel Seroussi, HfM Hanns Eisler

The course is intended for advanced violinists who would like to prepare themselves for graduation examinations, competitions or concerts. They will have the opportunity to work intensively with the teachers on a recital program of their choice and then to perform that program. Modelled after the inspiration of a „Schubertiade“, house concerts have been organised, each one of which will allow two participants to present their programs. The program should consist of a sonata with piano, a virtuoso work, a contemporary work and a short encore. Solo works are also welcome.
Each participant will receive four lessons with the professor (two with pianist, two without) in addition to two rehearsals with a distinguished pianist. A further lesson happens at the dress rehearsal, which will be video-recorded and then jointly discussed.

The house concerts take place on February 23rd, 2025.
